We exchange those numbers for our numbers 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. We have no control over pre numbers.
- All sales are final - there are no exceptions. Please check your items carefully before you make your purchase. English Ivy Estate Sellers makes every effort to validate and authenticate all items in the sale, however we are not responsible for any errors that might be made. As the Buyer, it is ultimately your responsibility to validate the authenticity of every item prior to your purchase. All items are sold As-Is. No returns or exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being conducted in a private home; therefore, we have limited availability to the property so pick up/removal is on the scheduled day only with no exceptions. We are not able to accommodate individual/specialized pick-up dates and times. Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place to pick up your items. DO NOT call and ask for special individualized pick-up dates and times as we cannot accommodate this. If you are bidding, you acknowledge that you are aware of the pick-up date and time, and it is not our responsibility to send reminders. We do our best to send reminder texts and phone calls when needed.
PACKING MATERIALS: No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site. We are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind.

NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated.

SHIPPING: If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight.
If you would like you would like your item shipped:
1. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL. We will not ship if unpaid.
2. Text 612-849-1656 with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items. WE MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES.
3. We will typically bring your item to UPS within two days of the pickup/removal date.
4. UPS will send you a separate invoice for shipping your items. The items will not ship until the invoice has been paid. Please allow 5-10 days for processing time.
5. Once paid your item will be shipped.

6) If we are able to do in house shipping, we charge a $5.00 handling fee for the first lot and $1.00 for each lot after - Album Auction Only. For one lot of smaller items just as jewelry, the handling fee is less.
