As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. The sizing maybe vary slightly.

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged, please inspect photos before bidding.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they agree to purchase. All bids are final.
* No Returns
* There is no way to cancel a bid once entered.

By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise on set days selected after the sale. The winning bidder will receive pickup instructions shortly after the close of the sale. If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought.

All sales are final.

If you do not pick up your merchandise during the times provide, you will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
