Purchased items will be available in two different locales for pick-up: Harrisonville, MO (address secured until purchase), and 12400 Foster Street, Overland Park, KS. Pick up times will be arranged between buyer and JP.
Credit Card payments will be processed through Square, Inc. on the Estate Sales.net site; and cash payments exchanged at item pick-up. Credit card pre-authorizations will be held in the system for up to 7 days. Buyers will have up to 7 days to pick up purchased items. Items will be forfeited, if not picked up within 7 days; and payment will still be processed for those items. A credit card pre-authorization must be done online even if paying cash upon pickup. The credit card will not be processed/charged for those items, once cash payment is accepted.
