Painted Penny was informed late Wed evening the primary road leading into the subdivision will be resurfaced Friday from 8AM to 6PM and the road will be closed during this time frame. We contacted the city and the date could not be changed as they work as weather allows... not as Painted Penny allows. We waited until the evening before the Friday portion of the sale to announce that the weather is clear for Friday and the sale cannot go forth on Friday as planned. This is a disappointment for all, but we do not run from issues... we meet...
