This is the estate of a lovely young woman with a great sense of style and taste. The home is a split-level villa, and very simple to move items from. The auction includes furniture, kitchenware and small appliances, TVs, gaming systems and games, handbags (Coach, Kate Spade), decor, collectibles, unusual Lego sets, Blues-ware, jewelry, and soooo much awesome clothing/shoes. The cleanest sale we've ever done, and all items have been well cared for. Happy bidding, my friends!

By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise on one of our scheduled pickup dates. WINNING BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (ONLINE) VIA SIGNUPGENIUS.COM TO PICK UP THEIR MERCHANDISE. A link will be provided via email following the auction. Pick-up is not an all day event; the hours are limited and specific. Your merchandise is only available for pickup on the date listed, and during the specific times listed on signupgenius.com. We will have two pickup opportunities. One will be on Friday, FEBRUARY 23, 2024. The other will be on Saturday, FEBRUARY 24, 2024. IF YOU BUY LARGE FURNITURE/RUGS/APPLIANCES, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU PICK THEM UP ON THE SECOND DAY OF THE SALE (Saturday, FEBRUARY 24, 2024). We do not have anyone that can help with moving items, so PLEASE BRING ADEQUATE HELP if required to move your purchases. If you purchase delicate items, please bring paper/bubble wrap to protect your purchase. Items not picked up by purchaser will be returned to our client. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS for items purchased but not picked up. If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for each item that you bought. ALL BIDS AND SALES ARE FINAL.
