As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. Make sure you call if you have any questions.
Items are in used condition.
Please, look at the pictures carefully!

Pick up is in Gulfport near Courthouse rd.

Saturday 8/13 only for pick up
Make an appointment Between 10 and 130pm
10am always books up fast. It's usually not available the next day.
You must make an appointment!

10am is now reserved for large items (such as furniture, etc)

It is your responsibility to contact me! Via email at msrootsbiloxi@gmail.com and schedule pick up.

I will only give out the physical address two hours before pick up.

If you buy an item and it is not picked up between the day listed your items will be donated. No refunds, returns or exchanges!

Bring your own help and packing materials.
I will not pack your items up. I want you to physically see what you have purchased.

There may be bonus shopping. We will ask you to load your items you purchased first before you can shop.
