• Loading is the responsibility of the buyer. We provide limited help.
• All purchases must be removed from the property by end of sale.
• All sales inside MS are charged 7% MS sales tax.
• No items sold prior to the sale.
• We are not responsible for accidents or valuables left in car.

Part of the house will be set up like our normal estate sales but then parts will have to be picked through. I don’t love doing it this way but it’s our only option. We will try to price as much as possible but there’s going to be some stuff in the garage and basement that will not be priced.
