*Cash or Charge, with 3.5% card processing fee. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. No checks please.
* By attending the sale you understand that you are relieving Art of Downsizing of any responsibility for any accidents on the premises.
* Items MUST be picked up no later than 6pm on Saturday April 1st. Sorry, no exceptions. We WILL NOT SHIP any items. Items not picked up during pick up times will revert to seller's right to dispose of item as seen fit. Any funds paid shall be forfeited to satisfy terms of sale.
* Will accept bids on days of sale.
* Be prepared to show bidder’s ID at pick up.
* All sales final. AS IS.
*For the benefit of all our customers, we do not allow previews, pre-sales or pre-pricing information. Load out assistance for small items available during most of our open hours. We cannot assist with loading items weighing over 90 lbs. Please make your own arrangements for pickup. Boxes and bags available, although bringing your own recyclables is encouraged.
