SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE ON THE FRONT PORCH FOR THE FIRST PEOPLE IN LINE. You will be admitted according to where your name is on that sheet.
Cash and Credit Cards. Minimum credit card purchase $50. Checks accepted with proper identification.
All items sold as is, where is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Firm prices are established for the first day. Items offered at discount on Saturday.
Valuables are removed from premise until the start of the sale and premises are monitored.
Bring your own packing materials.
The company does not have extra people available to load your furniture and/or bulky items.
You have until the last hour of the final day to remove your purchased items.
