Terms and Conditions: First one to arrive and stay starts the list, subsequent arrivals add your name to the list. Line up according to the list at ten minutes till start time.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

Please join us for a lovely Thursday - Friday sale in Fearrington Village.    

NOTE special weekday dates/times:    Thursday, April 13 (10 a.m. - 6 p.m.) and Friday, April 14 (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.).  


Directional signs are not allowed in the neighborhood.... so here are your directions.  Turn onto Village Way off of 15-501.  Take a right on Lassiter (after Smokehouse station), then a left on Spindlewood.  House will be on your left.


We are coming and going by the back door of the house - please line up there ten minutes before the sale starts.    It's fine to drop off a passenger at the top of the driveway, but otherwise there's no parking near the house unless you are loading furniture.  


Our wonderful clients are downsizing, leaving a beautiful collection of household items, decorative accessories, practical items, and sculpture, all in excellent condition.

  • a  fine modern custom-crafted hanging display shelf. It was custom built by a craftsman in Philadelphia and professionally installed in its current place ten years ago.    It has been taken down from the wall and is ready to be moved.
