Some Old Vegas

Due to COVID-19 the following guidelines MUST be followed to obtain access to our sales.

All customers will be required to wear a mask or face covering.  No mask/face covering NO ADMITTANCE to the sale!
Practice social distancing outside and inside, and avoid gatherings in groups.
Only 10 customers will be allowed at a time.
Be courteous to fellow customers and staff members.
JPS will provide hand sanitizer at the property.
We encourage electronic payment.

No large bags, purses, or boxes are allowed into the estate sale. We will have plastic bags available for your purchases.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. (All credit card purchases must have proper ID, and are at the discretion of management). There is a fee for credit card use. Cash is welcome too.

We're a state-licensed company, and are required to collect Nevada sales tax, (currently 8.375%).

If you purchase large ticket items, be sure to bring help to move and load your purchases. Don't forget to bring the necessary materials and/or tools to secure your merchandise. Our staff is not responsible for moving or loading your purchases. If they agree to assist please be thoughtful.

Merchandise purchased at the sale "must" be removed before the end of the sale.
