IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! Pick up dates are Wednesday, May 26th from 3:00 - 7:00 pm OR Thursday, May 27th from 9:00 - 12:00. No appointment is necessary. If you need other pick up arrangements please let us know PRIOR to placing your bid so we can determine if we're able to help you. Items not picked up by the end of the designated times (without prior pick up arrangements made) will forfeit the item and their credit card will still be charged. Please place your high bid early as most items will end simultaneously. Please see estatesales.net bidding terms with questions on placing your bid. Some items are available to purchase immediately. You will see a "Buy It Now" option if it's available once the auction starts. Items with active bidders will automatically be extended an additional two minutes per bid.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving but I'm always available for questions. Additional pictures are also available if needed.

We accept MC/VISA/American Express/Discover. Sorry, but there's no payment on pick up option. You will need to register for payment with estatesales.net.

There will NOT be anyone available to help you move heavy items so you MUST bring someone with you for furniture, etc. Please bring your own bags and packing materials as well. Winning bidders will be contacted with the exact location after the auction ends so there's no need to email us....watch for the email from EstateSales.net! The pick up location for this auction is in Depew.

Please practice social distancing whenever possible during pick up. Masks are optional but suggested. Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on either of the dates provided (see above).
