This is a cash only sale. There is a field on the property that can park approximately a dozen cars at one time. If field is full, please park on side streets. The two houses are set at the end of a long stone road. This road is one lane. Repeat: this is a one lane road. If you are concerned about this, there is ample parking on the surrounding side streets. Please use caution walking up stone road to the houses.

As stated, this sale consists of the total contents of (2) two separate houses owned by a lifelong antique & art collector. The houses are next to each other. Expect to see antique as well as modern art. Paintings as well as bronze statuary by listed artists. Some militaria, swords, including an older Samurai sword. Older baseball & football cards.
