Vintage License Plates from Autos Owned by Eppa Rixey Jr.: An unusual group of vintage license plates from automobiles owned by Hall of Fame pitcher, Eppa Rixey Jr. Rixey played for the Cincinnati Reds from 1919 through 1932 and is enshrined in the National Baseball Hall of Fame and the Reds Hall of Fame as the lefthanded pitcher with the second-most wins in baseball history. These plates represent many of the years Rixey pitched here in the Queen City!
