We are under strict time constraints to have all items removed in a timely manner. If you are a winning bidder, please plan to pick up all of your purchased items during the allotted time. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVERS OR ANY ASSISTANCE WITH CARRYING PURCHASED ITEMS. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide adequate tools/equipment for assembly or disassembly, packing and/or storage materials, and manpower to remove their items. For your safety and the safety of others, when removing large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers at your own expense.
Online Bidding Tips: Bidding style is staggered & soft close which means each lot will close 10 seconds after the first lot in the auction consecutively. Lots will begin closing at 6:00 PM and continue until the final lot has closed. If a bid is placed on a lot during the last minute of bidding, the time will be extended by one minute each time.
If you are bidding at the close of the auction, please make sure to select "LIVE CATALOG VIEW" to view the auction in real time, otherwise you may need to manually refresh your computer screen to see the current bid in place. We recommend you to be signed into the auction at least 30 minutes prior to closing if you plan to bid during the closing of the auction.
