These items are from the personal sale of original art and home decor in a $2 million dollar plus the home in the Governor's Club. All items have been researched for value and priced accordingly. A few of the items (drapes and RH items) are from an upscale condo that was renovated only 1 year ago and is being renovated again. If you are a fan of crystal, sterling silver, local original art, Tiffany's, and Restoration Hardware you will find some exceptional values here. There are also more affordable items in the sale as well. This is not a traditional sale that will be discounted as the sale goes on. All items are from a smoke-free home. This sale has been extended for 2 more days (through June 15th) and all items have been discounted by 20%. This is the final discount, no others will be applied to this sale.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Descriptions, measurements, and name brands are believed to be accurate. However, the buyer must verify their own information.

Most items are pick up at a location in the Brentwood/Nolensville area, TBD. Only larger items will be picked up by appointment in the Governor's Club. Please bring sufficient help to load heavy items, all packing and padding materials, and an appropriate vehicle.
