Our clients, Robert and Barbara, have decided it's time to downsize from their spacious, picturesque and upscale 3BR condo to a one-level apartment in a nearby senior living community. They leave behind hundreds of books, a mixture of fine antiques and contemporary furniture, and some lovely decor and wall art, plus a host of dishware, kitchenware, and DVDs (if you're a fan of collections of BBC TV series, this sale is for you!)
