As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Any items for local pickup need to be moved and hauled by the buyer. For furniture and larger items come prepared with a large enough vehicle, moving supplies, and muscle as we are not available to serve as movers.
