Presale appointments will begin Monday March 1
This is a continuation of a sale held in February. Prices have been lowered and are negotiable. Most will be 50% of marked price on anything over $ 1.00.
Thank you for your patronage.Due to Covid on the rise and limited street parking the sale will now be conducted by appointments. We will be allowing 6-8 in at a time. Appointments can be made by calling or texting 512-917-7794. Appointment dates will be MARCH 4, 5, 6 & 7 Closed Wednesday March 3. If needed days may be added after sale.
Times will be 11:00,12:00,1:00,2:00,3:00,4:00,5:00,6:00 on these days.

Fifth Generation Estate Sales, Seguin, Texas has been contracted to conduct an Estate Sale in Austin, Texas.
Pre-Sales and Previews will be allowed during the sale due to the enormity of the merchandise and items to be sold as well as limiting admittance to the sale while following Covid Regulations. Please call, text or email to make an appointment or ask about any items.

This sale will be held the first weekend in March. We will again be following social distancing mandated recommendations. Masks WILL Be Required and MUST Be Worn. We will allow 8 in at a time. .
