What a sale !!! Every cabinet we opened, every closet we emptied, more neat
stuff !!! You really need to make the hop over to Bay City for this sale. Plus, they
have some great eating establishments, and nifty resale places !
This week's sale is going to be at 1708 Baylor St., in Bay City. Oh, good grief,
don't start giving me that whiney talk about howwww farrrrr ittttt isssss.(Ya'll
didn't know I could write in whine, did you ???? Yup.) Nonsense. Take a
chance, make the drive, make it an adventure.
Sale Dates are Friday and Saturday, October 21-22, 9:00a.m.-2:p.m., both days.
The home is easy to get to. coming in from the Angleton or Lake Jackson areas,
you'll simply stay on Highway 35 all the way into town. Pass the Wal Mart, when
you see Pizza Hut, take a right onto Old Van Vleck Road. Youll travel a short way,
then, take a left on Doris, go a couple blocks, when the road "Y's, veer to the right,
and the house is on your left. We'll have signs out.
The sign-up sheet will go out early Friday morning. We'll begin calling the first names
on the list around 8:45.
Please don't block driveways, or the streets. Estate Liquidators does not provide lifters,
carriers, or pack mules for your treasures, so please make your own arrangements
to have your large/heavy items moved.
There will be no children under 10 allowed in the sale areas. There will be NO
LARGE PURSES, BACK PACKS, BAGS, or DIAPER BAGS allowed in the home.
All are subject to search, and, by bringing those items in, you've pretty much
agreed to having them searched.
Large or heavy items will be tagged with two-part tags. If you want to purchase a
large item, take the bottom half of the tag,(and, I wrote that really slowly, so it's
easier to understand...), and hang onto it, until you check out. It means that no
one else is able to buy that item. If you change your mind about the purchase,
please give the bottom half to an EL worker, so they can make it available for
someone to buy it.
