Bidding opens Friday, 11/27 and ends Sunday, 12/6. Winning bidders must pay for all items via PayPal by 12pm Monday, 12/7. No account is necessary. Pick-up will take place on Tuesday, 12/8 in Bryan, TX . Shipping for small items/lots is available through our local UPS store at winning bidder's cost. Please bring vehicle, tools, packing materials and help to lift, load and carry away your items. Caring Transitions cannot help load your items due to liability concerns.

COVID-19 RESPONSE/PROTOCOL:
It is our priority to protect both our buyers and our staff. Please remember to wash your hands before arriving, sanitize before checking in and maintain a safe distance of 6 ft. from other attendees and staff members. Our staff has been instructed on proper procedure for hand washing, sanitizing and environmental safety and precautions. Staff members have been instructed to not report for duty if they feel ill in any way.

While we will continue our online auction as scheduled, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and adjust our auction pick ups as necessary based on the recommendations of our local and state officials.

All buyers must schedule a pick up appointment via Sign Up Genius. If you arrive without an appointment, come early or are late to your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until an opening comes up and you can be worked in. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

All person(s) entering the home must sanitize before doing so. A station will be provided for your convenience.
