The Auction closes Saturday, November 19th 9:30 pm CST. Pick up is Sunday, November 20th, 1:00-3:00pm in Crowley, TX, 76036. The complete address will be listed on your invoice from EstateSale.net and the email from us, Flipping Your Treasures. If you think you'll need special arrangements contact me before the closing of the auction. Do not bid if you cannot pick up during this time unless we have discussed other options.
***Credit cards are charged immediately following your winning the Auction Item. Please make sure you have insufficient funds so the process runs smoothly. Abandoned items (those paid, but not picked up) are donated to charity shortly after the pick-up time has ended. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund as the consignor will still need to be paid.
***Shipping is ONLY available on a handful of the lots that include small items. If you need shipping, please make sure you are bidding on something that is eligible for shipping. If unsure, please email us at FlippingYourTreasures@gmail.com If you need shipping you must notify us BEFORE pick up begins. Sorry, but if it's not eligible and you don't pick up it will be considered abandonment. Your card will be charged for shipping and handling when your shipment is prepared. Shipping is $5.00 per lot plus the cost of shipping. Please read description as some items may have a higher handling fee.
***You must provide all packing, boxes and manpower to safely and carefully remove your lot. All items must be off property by 3:00 pm. Once we leave the pick up location we do not return.

When you are placing your bids make sure you are putting in the correct amount of your bid! This includes your Maximum Bid. Once you place the Bid, it cannot be changed.
If you are the Winner of the item you bid on, you will receive a unique pick-up code so we can verify that you have purchased the item when you arrive at your scheduled pickup time. The code will be sent via email from Estate Sales .Net The address and instructions will be sent via Flipping Your Treasures.
The Winning Bidder will be expected to pick up their merchandise during the times of 1:00pm-3:00pm, Sunday, 11/20. You will need to bring your own packing material and boxes.
If you are the Winning Bidder, you will be charged for your item(s) even if you do not pick up your items on the scheduled day and time. This is because of the nature of this sale (pick-up at a private residence where we only have limited access), anything not picked up during the scheduled day-date-time will be considered abandoned. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund as the consignor will still need to be paid. Abandoned items are donated to charity shortly after the pick-up time has ended.
Delivery services might be possible through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address and somebody will get back to you by email with delivery fees and days/times available.
Pro Tip: All items end at the same time (9:30 PM). To make sure that you get your bids in, bid early and place the max bid that you are willing to pay and let EstateSale.net bid for you. Otherwise you will have to keep coming back and bidding again and again. Your max bid can't be seen by others.
