Welcome and thank you for looking at our items. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. ��Pick up will be Friday, April 21, 2023 by 9 pm. If items are not picked up by designated date and time you forfeit and you will not be given a refund. If an emergency arises and you need to make other arrangements, I do understand and we can do that. ��Please note if you do decide to buy some thing and not bid on an item we can make arrangements for you to pick that item up sooner than Friday, April 21st.
