Cash or checks with proper identification. We do not accept credit cards. No large purses or bags please, we provide bags. Everything is sold in as is, where is condition. Please arrange for help to load large items. We are not responsible for accidents.
Sales tax will be charged as required by state law.
A sign up sheet will be at gate Wednesday the 19th by noon. We will start selling in the garage, patio, yard, outbuilding at 8:00 on Thursday (no sign up for this). Entry to the house will be at 9:00 according to sign up order.

This is a very large house and it is packed full. Eby & Frank were collectors of many things.There is so much that many things that should be in the house will be outside and available at 8:00. We will do this sale on 2 consecutive week ends. Part 1 will be on Thurs., Fri., Sat., & Sunday at 1:00. Part 2 will be Fri. and Sat. the 28th & 29th. 

Collections include vintage toys, trains, Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, cap guns, toy rifles, air planes, lithograph tin toys, cast iron toys, soda & medicine bottles, beer signs (some are neon), wild turkey bottles, antiques, primitives, indian artifacts, pedal car, John Deere pedal tractor with trailer, Texana books many of which are 1st. editions and signed by  the author, paintings, prints by Beckendorf, Russell, Hunter, Yena, Lee Ricks, Beeler and others, pink depression glass, pattern glass, carnival glass, pen & pencil sets, Hemisfair collectables, Gillette display cases, Pipe display case, salesman's display cases, Coke & 7up machines, chrome dinette chairs with red seats, very nice women's clothing, shoes, Collins purses, Jewelry, 4' x 8' table with elect. train tracks & controls, large collection of unused stamps, much more.

Kenmore washer & dryer, upright and chest type deep freezes, small appliances, utensils, Lazy Boy recliner couch & love seat, Vintage saxophone, guitar, chests of drawers, large W. R. Note - The family has removed a few things from the sale and we have attempted to remove the pictures of these things. We dont think that anything else will be removed; however, they do have the right to do so.
