Business Closing & Demolition Sale

Senior care facility has closed and will be demolished.

Office Furniture, equipment, all interior fixtures and finishes can be sold.

Items attached to the wall must be removed by purchaser.

All items must be removed from the property by 7PM December 6.

This property is being turned over to the new owner December 7th.

All items must be removed from the property by the evening of December 6th 6pm..
Pick up will be Sunday 9-5 and Monday 10-6

Buyer is responsible for disassembling disconnecting and moving their purchased items.

Please bring all necessary tools and help that you might need to remove your purchased item.
