All sales are final. Your bid is a binding contract so please understand there will be no refunds, exchanged or returns. All items are as is. Items have not been tested unless noted in the item description. All items must be paid for prior to picking up. Only the registered purchaser can pick up their items or their representative that provides the pick up code. Once you provide us the pick up code for your item it is understood that your purchase is finalized and that you have received all of your items. If you do not show up on the designated day to pick up your items you will forfeit your items and will not be entitled to any refunds.

All buyers are responsible for removing their items. This means if you purchase something that requires disassembly or moving you must bring your own qualified help. We will not offer any assistance at all. As an example if you purchase a movie theatre seat or a video camera you will be required to bring your own tools that are necessary to disassemble and remove those items. We offer no assistance and we do not provide tools or moving equipment. Any electrical items that must be disassembled will require a licensed electrician.

Pick up instructions will be sent to all buyers at the end of auction. Once the auction is closed, you will choose designated pick up date. A licensed electrician is required if you need to disassemble any electrical items.
