Bill Ingram, a Norfolk Southern executive, transplanted from Roanoke, Virginia to Norfolk,Virginia. when Norfolk Southern moved their offices to Norfolk, Virginia. Robin Ingram, and avid Collector of Antiques, Sterling, fine glassware, and many more items. This couple has now cut their collection in half as they have moved into a large retirement community, but not large enough to handle this full collection.
