This is an Estate Sale for everyone! Smalls from all over the world. In addition, there are Hand & Power Tools, Antiques, Sports Memorabilia, Hollywood, and play write autographs.. furniture from Antiques to Cargo, Mid-Century to Modern. This Estate has it all! We are limited on space, therefore, a Sign-Up Sheet will be posted on the front door 24 hours prior to opening day. Entry tickets will be handed out 15 minutes before opening time to the first 12 people listed on the Sign-Up Sheet. We will get everyone else in ASAP in an orderly manner. We ask that everyone be patient -- it's worth the wait!
Preparation for a sale is labor intensive, therefore it is against company policy to quote prices over the phone or allow early previewing. > Friendly Security Cameras will be in place. > Please leave all large bags in vehicles. > Dominion Estate Sales reserves the right to inspect all bags and refuse entry to non-compliants. > We are a professional estate liquidation company with an understanding of fair market value. > We sell to the buying public and re-sellers. > Accepted forms of payment are cash, personal checks (with photo ID) or credit/debit cards (with a $50 minimum, plus taxes and a 3% fee). > Dominion Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents or injury. > Items are sold as is, where is. No returns.
