What a lovely home! Beautiful furniture, artwork, jewelry, collectibles, clothes and more. Because no in-person estate sales are permitted per HOA restrictions, everything will be sold online. Items are NOT up for auction, they have set prices.

All items must be paid for via credit or debit for this sale. Venmo is also accepted, but you will have to provide card information to hold. The funds will be released after your Venmo transaction is complete.

Items are as detailed in writing and with photos as possible. All items are sold as is and all purchases are final. Please do not purchase something if you have questions about it first. Items are non refundable once purchased.

All furniture items must be picked up by purchaser in Sterling. You MUST bring help to move the furniture, we cannot assist. The furniture is in a condo so you will not have to deal with steps, but you will have to navigate an elevator.

Smaller items may be picked up in Sterling or Bristow. Please specify where you would like to pick up when you purchase items.

Pick up in Sterling starting Sunday June 2. Individual times can also be scheduled for later dates. Anyone who misses a specific pick up time without notice may potentially forfeit their purchase without refund.
