Due to Covid restrictions we will be conducting the sale on these items on a one on one basis. The HOA covenants
at the estate location disallow estate sales so we must schedule pickups for each buyer unless the items are to be shipped.
You can purchase the item on line through this site and we will arrange pickups by appointment. At the close of the auction you will receive a notification to schedule your pickup appointment.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. Please view all of the pictures in each lot.
We will offer shipping if you request and arrangements will be made individually at the close of the auctions after payment has been made. Please read the instructions further in the lots.
