If I had a Hammer Estate Sale

Hi Everyone,

We’re having a fantastic Estate Sale in East Kent this weekend, Friday Feb. 26 – Sunday the 28th.  As a home builder in this area and a family active in the local community with politics, faith and sports, we are pleased to present this eclectic collection of a remarkable era.

The address will be posted on our website at GGGEstateServices.com and to our E-Mail family at 7:00pm Thursday night before the sale.

We are putting up photos as we process so please check back in for updates.

COLLECTIBLES: There are cases filled with jewelry, figurines, fishing gear, ephemera, ammo, reload items, political signs, advertising signs, oil crates, ski equipment, vintage posters and maps (there are two especially nice Rainier posters from the early 1900ds that are in almost mint condition), Christmas, nautical charts, camera equipment, faith books and bibles, badges, games and puzzles. Too much to mention!

CAMPER/TRAILER: Come and check out the 1955 Jewel camper!  It’s a ham can that has been under cover for most of its life with everything in working order and a clear title.  Has a few minor dings that come along with the territory but in great condition.  A beauty from the past ready to come out back into the wilderness.

FURNITURE: There’s an array of furniture from early to modern - including a 60’s sectional vinyl couch, a green vinyl couch, easy chair, secretary, Victorian single bed, marble top parlor table, Eastlake table, Waterfall dresser and vanity, plush loveseat, oak office desk, miscellaneous side tables, two Queen mattresses and box springs, kitchen table and six chrome chairs, and misc. chairs and side tables.

KITCHEN and CHINA: Cut and pressed glass, teacups and saucers, egg cups, a precious Russian Porcelain cobalt chocolate set by Lomonsov - brought back to the USA by a diplomat!, aprons, linens, and kitsch items.

EQUPTMENT and TOOLS: As a builder, there is a fantastic array of tools of course! The basement is filled with woodworking tools, vintage tools, Dayton electric belt driven generator, Hitachi Slide saw, radial alarm saw, power tools, hardware, construction wood,  construction plumbing, light fixtures, Chemical Drums (one with 20+ gal kerosene, some auto tools, construction flashing, chain, alcohol and kerosene heaters, ladders, ropes and pulleys.

SPORTS: Baseball gear includes bases, more than a dozen modern helmets, boys’ uniforms, gloves, bats, balls, pitching net, gear bags, and vintage gear as well and even some 60’s pennants.  There is also vintage skis and equipment, a ping-pong table with nets, paddles and balls.

GARDEN: Along with wheel barrows, rakes, shovels, misc. – we have some cool vintage and newer lawn furniture, two mowers as well as general gardening tools.

MISC: High end convection microwave, Edson crank record player, and ‘78 and ’33 records, washer, dryer and fridge by Whirlpool, aluminum Boeing Panels, Schwinn Bike, crates, men’s clothes and jackets including military uniforms and a bomber jacket, chemical drum, guitar, typewriter, slide projector, Johnson Sea 18 Horse 1955 Motor, Turtle terrarium (but were not going to forget about a possible home for lizards and snakes just no spiders please - lol!), chemicals, kids tractor and vintage trike and pedal car parts.  Let’s not forget about the cowhide.  Apparently it was brought down from Canada and we were told that the cows up there have an accent that is more of a “mooo-eh?”.

Again, the address will be posted on our website at GGGEstateServices.com and to our E-Mail family at 7:00pm Thursday night.

We put a sign-up sheet on the door at 7:00pm Thursday night and you can come by to write your name on the list.  Please don’t worry about the list because we have a large staff to facilitate the sale and let as many people in as possible to minimize the line.

If someone has forwarded this to you and you want to be on our personal email list, please email us at GGGEstateServices@gmail.com

Hours are Friday and Saturday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM, Sunday 10:00– 4:00PM

So come on by and say hi!

Everything’s Going Going Gone…..

See you there!
