Welcome and thank you for taking the time to view our items. Please read items descriptions and additional comments provided for each item. ****Sale location just off 72nd St E & 50th St E (Tacoma)

Appointments must be made for all pick ups. Appointments must be made by phone. Please respect appointment times. Covid-19 protocol in practice.

Available daily appointment times: December 16th, 17th & 18th from 12pm to 4 pm. Saturday December 18th from 9 am to 5 pm.

Please call Anthony @ 253-970-4311 to arrange your pick up time. If you have any questions regarding items for sale, please call, text or email.

If you'd like to make an offer on an item, we encourage you to do so. To negotiate your offer, please call Anthony direct @ 253-970-4311.

Please bring your own help when moving heavy items that will require two or more people to move. Staff not permitted to assist with any lifting of heavy items. Hand truck & furniture dolly are available for your use.

Visa, Master Card, Debit/Credit Cards Accepted. State sales tax collected on all sales.

Not responsible for accidents or injury of any kind when you visit sale location.

Covid -19 Mask up policy required at pick up.

Security Audio/Video monitor property 24/7. Neighbors do watch this house!
Estate owners or trustee reserve the right to remove any item without notice.

Barkers Estate Sales reserve the right at any time without notice to change photos or item description to improve representation.

All sales are final and sold in as is condition. No returns - No exchanges - No refunds.....
Not responsible for undiscovered or unknown manufactured defects or recalled items.
Color variances in photos do happen and may be slightly different from your purchased item.
Electrical and mechanical items are tested prior to sale. Any defects will be illustrated by photo or in item description.
