Gilt hilt with fine crowned enamel badge of the Knights Templar. Bone grip with crowned cross and monogram. 8 ¼" blade with Masonic motifs, owner’s name and retailer, The C G Braemar Co., 10 Maiden Lane, New York. Gilt scabbard with finely chased enameled mounts. The tip mount with silver achievements. The Braemar Company is recorded about 1875 an is noted for swords of the highest quality. Classic for the period and displaying the best quality as found on military presentation swords.
In Rough Condition Due To Age & Use. Also Missing Tip Of The Sheath. See Pictures.
