We will have staggered closings, but it is not a "soft closing". Estate Sales does not offer that option, sorry. So if there is a minute left, it is a minute.....it does Not add time after your bid. Auction will close on Thursday, May 18th beginning @ 9:00pm staggered closings in 15 minute increments, so please make sure you know the end time of your item. Hopefully doing it this way you should be able to bid and win on several items that you want. Pick up will be Friday, May 19th, 10am-6pm/

***Credit cards are charged immediately following your winning the Auction Item. Please make sure you have sufficient funds so the process runs smoothly. Abandoned items (those paid, but not picked up) are donated to charity shortly after the pick-up time has ended. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund as the consignor will still need to be paid.

***You must provide all packing, boxes and manpower to safely and carefully remove your lot. All items must be off property by 7:30 pm. Once we leave the pick up location we do not return.
