We will not be able to help you move furniture, please bring help if you need it. Large appliances and furniture will not be available for pick up on the first day of pickup. This includes but is not limited to, tables, living room furniture, bedroom furniture, shelving units, storage cabinets, and rugs (NO EXCEPTIONS).
By placing a bid, you agree to pick up your merchandise on Friday, September 22nd, or Saturday, September 23rd. Winning bidders must schedule an appointment (online) to pick up their merchandise (the link to sign up will be at the bottom of the email that contains the item’s pick-up code and the address to the property).
Your merchandise is only available for pickup on the dates listed above, and during the specific times listed on signupgenius.com; if you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought. Abandoned items are donated to charity shortly after the auction has ended; we do not list items that were paid for but never picked up. ALL BIDS AND SALES ARE FINAL!

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please check your merchandise before you leave the property when you pickup.
If you do not pick up your merchandise during the times listed above, you will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
