From an old estate - simple, pleasing New England Primitive farm Countryside painting as shown.
I have been told that the artist JACK (Jacob) DUBNICK lived in Queens, NY, and is now deceased. Probably painted in the 1950s.
Excellent original condition in frame. Painting canvas measures about 24" x 18". Overall measurement about 28" x 22".
