Bidders are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before placing bids.
Bidders should review the item's description and photos closely before placing bids, as they are part of the item's description.
Bidding:

Bids can be placed online only.
Bidders must adhere to the specified bid increments.
The highest bid received before the auction deadline will be deemed the winning bid.
Payment:

Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion.
Accepted payment methods will be specified on the auction platform.
Failure to make payment within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of the winning bid and forfeiture of any deposit.
Ownership and Transfer of Title:

Ownership of the item will transfer to the winning bidder upon full payment.
Transfer of title and any associated paperwork will be completed promptly after payment is received.
Buyer's Premium:

A buyer's premium may be added to the final bid price. The percentage will be specified on the auction platform.

Taxes and Fees:

The winning bidder is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the purchase.
Withdrawal of Items:

The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time, before or after bidding has begun.
Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the auction shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.
All Sales Final:

All sales are final with no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Limitation of Liability:

The auctioneer and platform provider are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the auction listing.
