Cute original watercolor of a rooster named "Mr. Winters" painted by Todd Winters. Purchased at the Winters Art Gallery in Ingram Texas in 2008. The piece is professionally framed in a wooden green frame behind glass. It is signed on the back by the artist. Measures approx. 20" x 22" in the frame. Image is approx. 17" x 24". Excellent condition. Will ship at buyer's expense. All offers considered.
