1800s wood Sea Captains Liqor chest with mother on Pearl inlay on box and brass glass and bottle holder
inside with 3 cordial glasses. Includes key. Stunning wood and Mother of pearl inlay detailing. Has
brass ball feet. Monogrammed on brass plaque on top "S.R". Box top folds up and sides swing out
revealing a liquour bottle and glass holder with 3 orginal cordial glasses. Some wood trim on top is
peeled up. The top is somewhat warped and slightly seperated. Small piece of inlay on top corner missing
and maybe a few other spots here and there. Bottom base has some cracks from age. Otherwise it really is
in great shape and truly stunning to look at. See photos for more details on this unique antique.
Measures 9 1/2" X 10 1/2" X 12 1/2" Closed. Open measures 18" x 25" x 9 1/2". Brass insert 8 1/2" tall x
11". (1) Glass cordial glasses measure 3" and (2) measure 2 7/8".
Pick up for this item is Sunday Sept 8th between 11AM-1PM in Chatham. Because of the nature of this sale (pick-up at a private residence where we only have limited access) anything not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned and we can't offer a refund as the consignor will still need to be paid.

If you fail to pick up your item at the time agreed upon ,and have not arranged for delivery, we will have to consider the piece abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Please pay your invoice with credit card and bring the confirmation number with you when you pick up the item. The number is required for us to release the item (this is how we get paid from the credit card company).
For items that are stored at the Orleans location, Storage Fees are: $5 per day, per item, and then $25 per item each week after. If the item is not picked up within 14 days, it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of in a manner of our choosing.
Delivery services are also available through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address for delivery fees and somebody will get back to you by email.
