Cabinet measures 72.5” tall, 33.25” wide and is 21” deep. The top has two doors on either side and behind the doors are two shelves. The bottom has one large door and behind that door there are two more shelves. The top part of the inside of the cabinet is painted colonial red and the bottom is unpainted. This item is in good condition but the doors, hinges and shelves need some minor adjustments.
Pick up for this item is Saturday October 5th between 11PM-1PM in Yarmouthport. Because of the nature of this sale (pick-up at a private residence where we only have limited access) anything not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned and we can't offer a refund as the consignor will still need to be paid.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. If you fail to pick up your item at the time agreed upon ,and have not arranged for delivery, we will have to consider the piece abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Please pay your invoice with credit card and bring the confirmation number with you when you pick up the item. The number is required for us to release the item (this is how we get paid from the credit card company).
For items that are stored at the Orleans location, Storage Fees are: $5 per day, per item, and then $25 per item each week after. If the item is not picked up within 14 days, it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of in a manner of our choosing.
Delivery services are also available through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address for delivery fees and somebody will get back to you by email.
