Descriptions.

We do our best to accurately describe our items, Please look at the photos, research, and ask questions before purchasing an item. All items are sold as is. We do our best to list repairs, damage and other issues with an item in the description. Most of the items we sell are used, antique, or vintage. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Returns and Cancellations.

Returns are primarily for those who have an items shipped after purchase. If there is an issue or problem with the item after you receive it, please contact us within seven days of receiving the item. We accept returns if we are notified and cannot resolve the issue. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We will refund the purchase price of the item once we receive the returned item.

Please be sure you want the item before making the purchase. We do not accept cancellations. This may seem harsh, but we have this policy due to the expenses related to preparing the item for shipment, coordinating with shippers and so on.

Local Pickup and Shipping.

We will provide you the location for picking up items. Please bring your own packing materials for small items. Also, please be sure to bring help for loading large items. You are responsible for packing and loading.

We will usually schedule pickup days on the weekend following the close of the sale. Specific days will be noted in each sale listing. If you cannot pickup on the scheduled days please contact us to make other arrangements. Items not picked up as scheduled become our property and no refunds will be given.

We may be able to ship certain items. Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing an item. If we package and ship an item we will charge you for materials and the time required to package the items.

If you purchase a large item, such as furniture, you are responsible for making your own shipping arrangements. We can assist you with that process.
