Pick up for this item is Saturday August 2nd between 10AM to 1PM in Chatham. Because of the nature of this sale (pick-up at a private residence where we only have limited access) anything not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned and we can't offer a refund as the consignor will still need to be paid.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. If you fail to pick up your item at the time agreed upon ,and have not arranged for delivery, we will have to consider the piece abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Please pay your invoice with credit card and bring the confirmation number with you when you pick up the item. The number is required for us to release the item (this is how we get paid from the credit card company).
For items that are stored at the Orleans location, Storage Fees are: $5 per day, per item, and then $25 per item each week after. If the item is not picked up within 14 days, it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of in a manner of our choosing.
Delivery services are also available through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address for delivery fees and somebody will get back to you by email.
