Fine 19th-century hand-colored engraved portrait titled Portia, from Shakespeare’s Merchant of Venice. Beautifully rendered Victorian-era print with rich coloration, delicate facial modeling, and textile detailing. Printed titling visible at lower edge.

Mounted to its original period mat with a protective tissue guard still partially attached. Excellent display piece with classic Victorian charm.

Condition: Very good for age. Print is clean with strong color; mat shows expected age toning, minor edge wear, and small tears consistent with mid-19th-century mounting.
