PARKING WILL BE IN THE DRIVEWAY - THERE ARE TWO SIDE STREETS ONE TWO DOORS AWAY THAT YOU CAN PARK ON - THERE IS NO PARKING ON RICH ROAD

You must bring your own help - boxes and wrapping when necessary, we will not have available staff to offer assistance
We have the name of several movers if you need contacts
Please call if you have questions regarding pickup, any items not picked up will be donated and charged to the winner
Notice: All property is sold in “as is” and “where is” condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL No refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc, will be allowed. We reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the sale as may be necessary.

Most items are on the first floor, this is a ranch, some items including wicker furniture are in the lower level that must come up a set of stairs
