Phase III pick-up day will also have a "picker sale"' going on in the garage, shed, first floor, upstairs AND BASEMENT to complete this estate. Just like last week, park down the street, shop the picker sale and retrieve your online pick-ups THEN PULL UP AND LOAD. We only had a few folks last week demanding to shop while parked in the driveway, everyone else was very understand and great as usual!
Be sure to bring labor for furniture pick-ups as well as packing blankets, rope, ect - you must wear a mask per Maryland restrictions.

We will send out e-mails with exact address this Saturday (Aug. 15th) at the conclusion of the sale. There is limited parking - please be prepared to "load & go" in order for the next customer to access the driveway. You can then park a few houses down to return for the "picker sale" as discussed below.

ATTENTION PICKER SALE FANS! Phase II pick-up day will also have a "picker sale"' going on in the garage, shed, and the first floor of the house but we ask everyone to load your online purchases fast and then if you want to shop the picker sale please drive down a few houses, park on the wide side street, then come back and spend some time shopping. You can obviously start by parking down the street, shop the picker sale, then drive up quick to load your online AND onsite purchases. Either way, driveway parking will be limited to just a couple minutes so there will be no time to do pick-ups and then "have a quick look around", we will ask you to move for the next pick-up. Thanks for your understanding.
