By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise on Thursday, October 1st, or Saturday, October 3rd. This is the only day that customers will be allowed to pick up their merchandise, with no exceptions. The winning bidders must schedule an appointment (online) to pick up their merchandise. The link to sign up will be at the bottom of the email that contains the item’s pick-up code. Your merchandise is only available for pick up on the dates listed above, and during the specific times listed on signupgenius.com; if you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought. Abandoned items are donated to charity shortly after the auction has ended; we do NOT relist items that were paid for but never picked up. This sale is being done in two stages, so if you purchase items inside the home at that online sale you can pick all items up on Saturday, October 3rd.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

If you do not pick up your merchandise during the times listed above, you will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
