As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do not except returns, nor provide refunds. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Local Pick up only on furniture. Please text me to inquire about shipping charges on any additional items.

All items in the sale except furniture are available for shipment. Once you have won your bid, please text your lot # and zip code to Donna at 901-340-3753. You will receive a return text with your shipping info. Once paid, your items will be shipped within 15 days. Shipping fees are not included in your bid price.

Once you have purchased an item or won a bid, your credit card on file will be charged by the company. If you fail to pick up your item, you will still be charged. When picking up your item, you are responsible for the following:

1) Picking up your item on the arranged date,
2) Providing your own manpower, equipment, and tools needed to take your purchase home.
3) If you have purchased a large amount of glassware etc. be sure to bring boxes and packing materials.

Any items that need to be shipped:
1) Please text me at 901-340-3753, provide lot # and your zip code. I will quote shipping so you may bid on item. If you win the bid, you will pay shipping by Paypal (5% add on) or Venmo. All shipping takes 10-15 business days. For this record sale shipping may take 15 days or more due to volume.
2) you will receive an email regarding shipment dates and tracking numbers
3) most items ship within 15 days after sale has ended.
4) some items will be placed on a ship hold if if your credit card company requires a hold period on your funds. If this occurs, you will receive an email stating expected ship date.
5) I will bulk ship
