Beautiful 2 part Antique Burl Walnut Plantation Secretary Desk over Chest. This is one lovely large piece of furniture (does break down into 2 pieces)! The colors are so deep and rich that I believe it to be burl walnut and perhaps some mahogany..Estimated circa late 1800's ..This treasure adorned a sitting/reading room off of the master bedroom and is now offered to you for purchase. It has several small chipped areas at sides of drawers as I have tried to show in my photos...typical wear or scratches but the greatest richest patina and shine with large molding at the top..plenty of room..Dimensions are:
Top section is 50" tall by 15" deep by 42" wide
Bottom section is 31.5" tall by 20.5" deep by 46" wide
Together 81" tall by 20.5" Deep by 46" wide
