If pick-up is not completed, you may be blocked from bidding on future items and your committed purchase amount will be charged to your credit card for a restock fee.

To ensure that lots are not mixed up or damaged, we will bring your items out of the home once you have checked in. Buyers will not be allowed to enter the premises.
