As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do not except returns, nor provide refunds. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Local Pick up only on furniture.

Once you have purchased an item or won a bid, your credit card on file will be charged by the company. If you fail to pick up your item, you will still be charged. When picking up your item, you are responsible for the following:

1) Picking up your item on the arranged date,
2) Providing your own manpower, equipment, and tools needed to take your purchase home.
3) If you have purchased a large amount of glassware etc. be sure to bring boxes and packing materials.

Any items that need to be shipped:
1) All shipping takes 10-15 business days.
2) you will receive an email regarding shipment dates and tracking numbers
3) most items ship within 15 days after sale has ended.
4) some items will be placed on a ship hold if if your credit card company requires a hold period on your funds. If this occurs, you will receive an email stating expected ship date.
5) I will bulk ship, please text for quote.
